Working Student - Medical Affairs Operations

Support contract creation and tracking using internal tools Help organize and prepare internal and external medical events Assist in managing document reviews and approvals (e.g. in Veeva PromoMats) Maintain simple trackers and overviews (e.g. HCPs, congresses, deadlines) Support preparation of PowerPoint slides and materials Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking Help with general document handling and archiving Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed Enrolled student in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related field at a Bachelor or Master level Preferred: completed Bachelor Structured, proactive and detail-oriented working style Confident with MS Office, quickly able to adapt to new digital tools Organized and detail-oriented work style Strong communication skills in German and English
