Your responsibilities:
 

• Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
• Contribute to building an extensive knowledge base and continuously update it with valuable insights gathered from customer interactions.

• Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
• Excellent communication skills, good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
• Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
• You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
• Fluent/Native in Spanish and Portuguese with at least professional level in English (essential)
• Fluent in Portuguese or Dutch will be highly advantageous.
