Netlight Munich is growing, and we are looking for support in our Office- and Eventmanagement Services. Being part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll be working with office- and event management tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

THE ROLE 

Currently, we're hiring a Working Student in Office & Event Management for a team of three in Munich. Your role will involve creating positive first impressions with a focus on coordinating events and supporting Netlighters in day to day matters at the office. 

THE TASKS

Event Management - WOW people! 

- You help prepare internal & external, small & big events (e.g. invite management, location scouting, food orders/catering, decorations, creative input)) 

- You support the financial documentation and monthly deduction

Office Management - Make people feel good! 

- Manage the office space, all its stakeholders, and the Front Desk to offer our guests and Netlighters the best possible impression  

- Create a well-functioning and welcoming work environment 

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO IT? 

- You are a people person & a humble team player  - Your communication skills are top-notch and you can naturally build trust 

- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills 

- Curious, creative andbusiness smart mindset  

- You are native in German & business fluent in written and spoken English 

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office 

- Experience in relevant areas to the role is meriting, but not a prerequisite
