Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) comprises the sales, after-sales, marketing and product management functions of Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the global sales organization. Our aim is to successfully and sustainably shape the global sales organization ofMercedes-Benz Cars, to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to continuously expand the success of our brands.

As part of the MS/CA (Communication, Marketing Activation and Operations) division, the team is responsible for the strategic development of a holistic community setup in close cooperation with the departments involved,
Regions and markets. The aim is to further develop existing communities and create future exclusive networks in which fans and customers are more closely linked to the brand through targeted news & information, unique experiences and attractive offers

The range of tasks includes support in the ideation phase for the strategic design of a holistic community vision, the concretization and development of relevant use cases and evaluation of potential community spaces including technical solutions

The student assistant should be actively involved in the further development of the Community Spaces and, in addition to operational support in day-to-day business, should also be able to provide creative input on current trends and use cases. These are some of the challenges you will face:

Support in the definition and prioritization of technical and business requirements and needs as part of a holistic community setup

Support in the analysis & framing of relevant communities as well as the definition of target group-appropriate use cases & content

Support in the coordination and content development of workshops with stakeholders (specialist departments, markets,...) including documentation Support in the management of the cross-divisional working group as well as external cooperation partners, regions & markets

Support in the preparation/preparation and follow-up of visually appealing concepts and reports within the framework of the upcoming committees and project teams

Setting up and maintaining project documentation (e.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Mural, Confluence etc.)

Qualifikationen

Degree in marketing / communication / social media / customer relationship management / media and communication sciences, business administration or a comparable course of study

Confident written and spoken German and English skills

Confident handling of MS Office

Confident appearance, presentation confidence, personal responsibility

Creative flair and experience with target group-specific use cases and brand/experience-based content

High analytical skills and knowledge of various tools (Mural, Confluence, Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, Power
Point,...)

Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of digital media and social media, knowledge of digital
Developments/trends around community management

First experience in operational and strategic communication of brands and companies on digital spaces
