We are looking for talented, energetic and dedicated reinforcement in the area of testing and validation.

Our team focuses on validation methods and scopes with the aim of bringing a safe product to the market that meets internal and external requirements and standards.

As a Testing & Validation student trainee, you will be part of a team that contributes to the validation of driver assistance systems and autonomous driving functions. Our organization is responsible for all test scopes from simulation and test bench tests to vehicle testing.

These are some of the challenges you will face

Supporting the preparation and execution of our agile planning and review processes

Analysis and visualization of our processes - these include complex workflows between several organizational units as well as technical interrelationships within our software development processes and the simulation environment

By supporting the management, you will gain interesting insights into the functioning of a large organization

Qualifikationen

Studies in the field of engineering sciences and economics (if you have a technical interest)

Experience in the field of autonomous driving or driver assistance systems

Experience with agile (software) development methods such as Scrum

Ideally you have experience with software development

Good knowledge of English and German

Personal competencies:

Very strong analytical skills and the ability to deal with complex issues

Very good abstraction skills and talent for simple description / presentation of complex issues

High degree of initiative, independence and commitment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills as part of a global team in a multicultural environment

Enthusiasm for solving technical problems

High level of commitment and motivation

Willingness to learn and share knowledge
