Working Student SRE (Human)

Support the SRE team in maintaining and improving our Event Inc Platform(s), while gaining hands-on experience across observability, automation, and infrastructure management. Contribute to the team's efforts in ensuring system reliability while developing practical skills in SRE practices.

• Assist in monitoring system performance and help identify potential issues before they impact users

• Support the implementation and maintenance of logging and alerting mechanisms under guidance

• Contribute to automation efforts by creating or improving scripts for repetitive tasks

• Assist in documentation of systems, processes, and incidents

• Support testing and deployment processes while learning CI/CD practices

• Help maintain and enhance legacy systems as they transition to the new platform

• You are currently studying Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• You have gained initial practical experience through internships, university projects, or personal work.

• You are eager to learn new technical skills, actively seek feedback, and apply it to improve.

• You approach problems logically, break them down effectively, and know when to escalate.

• You take ownership of your tasks while valuing collaboration and team support.

• You are open to learning from both successes and mistakes and adapt quickly to new challenges.

• You stay calm under pressure and rely on clear communication and teamwork to move forward.

• You work well in a team, communicate clearly (in English), and know when to ask for help or share insights.

• Last but not least, you have 20 hours/week time for us
