Join our team as Working Student – Technical Management & Software Support (f/m/d) in Göttingen and help us digitalize the future.

What role will you play?

You will support the technical management and software team with administrative and organizational tasks, including:

• Preparing and creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations under guidance
• Assisting with the ordering process and handling administrative tasks related to procurement
• Supporting the software team, for example, by helping to create software documentation and user manuals or preparing user interface mockups for Web-based applications
• Contributing to user experience by testing the applications

How do you become part of our team?

• You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study
• You have at least one year of studies left - Bachelor or Master? Both is perfect!
• You can work onsite in the office in Göttingen
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Inkscape and similar tools
• Interest in technical topics, with prior experience in software documentation being a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with reliability and attention to detail
• English and German with good writing skills
