Arbeitsbeschreibung - Zerspanungsmechaniker / Bohrwerksdreher (m/w/d)

Mechanical machining of components on boring mills or machining centers in single-part and small-batch production.
Operation and setup of machines and tools as well as monitoring of the manufacturing processes.
Production-oriented programming / creation of machining programs, taking into account economic efficiency and process reliability.
In-house transport of workpieces, also with the aid of overhead cranes.
Carrying out dimensional checks and documenting the values.

Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) with professional experience in the areas of turning, milling and drilling.
Knowledge of programming CNC controls, including Heidenhain.
Experience in machining welded constructions.
Quality consciousness and willingness to work shifts.
Independence, ability to work under pressure and ability to work in a team.
