You repair, maintain, and service our bicycles, ensuring our fleet in Soest is always roadworthy and in top technical condition.
You make sure everything runs smoothly in your workshop: organization, order, and process improvements are in your hands.

You have already gained initial work experience as a two-wheeler or bicycle mechanic or are a career changer with technical, mechanical, or craftsmanship skills
You have manual skills and enjoy active work
You work conscientiously and with a strong focus on safety
You are a true team player, eager to continue learning and share your knowledge with others
Ideally, you have a Class B driver's license

You have a job that sustainably improves your quality of life and that of those around you
