Your role:
You will be responsible for servicing German Insurance companies on specific insurance investment solutions to grow Invesco’s presence in Germany.
What we are we looking for:
Work with the Head of Insurance Clients Germany to execute the business strategy targeting significant growth in IP managed assets mainly within the German Insurance channel
Establish relationships at branch / client level and co-ordinating activity across Germany
Ability to be consultative through the sales cycle and through every engagement with clients, in pursuit of achieving the growth target
Analyse sales/industry/client data to drive planned activity to deliver on the business strategy and exceed sales targets
Identify, develop and maintain individual relationships with key individuals within your target market through telephone contact, digital media, individual meetings and group presentations
Develope deep, long-term relationships so as to understand client business models in order to introduce the Invesco investment strategies most beneficial to the client and their investors
Accurately and appropriately communicate the philosophy, strategy, process and views of the Invesco fund managers and to articulate these together with market commentary and outlook to your clients
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all client interactions on SalesForce
Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles
What you can bring:
Some relevant industry experience
Experience with producing quality reports, presentations and general communications
Ability to demonstrate sound initiatives and to develop ideas for client engagements
Sound IT skills, including Microsoft office suite. Must be open to learning new technologies
Knowledge of financial markets
Complete understanding and adherence to individual and company Regulatory requirements
Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and dynamics
Strong numeracy skills
