This global Medical Device company are seeking to hire a Sales Manager, focusing on Hip and Knee implants, specifically. The roles responsibilities are listed below: Job Responsibilities: Engage in 100% field-based activities Execute sales, marketing, and clinical tasks within the assigned territory Cultivate formal business relationships with hospital finance departments Ensure timely receipt of payments Participate in transfer pricing discussions with the country head, aligning with market dynamics and company pricing strategy Establish distribution agreements, optimizing purchase volumes and distributor transfer pricing according to organizational goals Familiarize yourself with reimbursement and insurance processes specific to the assigned territory Identify, build, manage, and expand an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors, and independent sales agents to enhance product penetration Collaborate with the country head and channel partners to ensure efficient inventory management and prompt product servicing ABOUT PLANET PHARMA Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
