Planet Pharma are partnered with a Pharmaceutical client who is seeking to hire multiple Regional Sales Managers in Germany due to a new product launch and the growth of the team. This is an exciting time to join our client and carve out your career. Not only can you build a team of ten but you will get to be involved on a strategy level to launch this by September this year! Key Responsibilities: Develop the sales strategy and planning for a new product in Ophthalmology You will lead the local launch (preparation) process in close cooperation with the EU head office. Deliver sales performance through sales team leadership and implementation of operational marketing activities implementation of in order to maximize or exceed brand sales and margin within expense budgets. Key Requirements: Bachelor's (minimum) or Master’s degree required. Minimum 3 years experience in Ophthalmology selling pharmaceutical's Proven track record of successful sales leadership, management and of teams and individuals, developing talent and managing performance. (Not Essential) Relevant experience with proven track record of success in sales (marketing position a plus) within biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Commercial pharmaceutical industry knowledge and experiences such as account-based selling, stakeholder management, and marketing tactics implementation. Experience in launch processes.
