ABOUT THE ROLE: To further expand our steadily growing SMS business, we are looking for an experienced salesperson based in Germany. The sales market expansion in Germany is to be driven forward in a target-orientated manner through a high level of personal responsibility. The focus is on customer acquisition and the associated sales process (identifying the respective target customers, contact management, CRM management, quotation, negotiation, contract process, closing, onboarding, and go-live) as well as looking after the customers acquired and managing successful up-selling and cross-selling measures. Our business area and the general demand for communication via A2P SMS continues to grow year on year and therefore we are offering a long-term position in a successful company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Through targeted research, you identify potential leads in your region. You actively approach companies with SMS application scenarios and convert leads into opportunities. Your understanding of software and mobile applications gives you a significant advantage in acquisition. You create offers independently, negotiate them at a commercial level, and achieve a positive conclusion of the contract. Together with our sales support, you ensure a smooth onboarding process and at the same time put your customer in contact with the technical account manager. You critically monitor the essential go-live phase. You look after your customer portfolio conscientiously and constantly question up-and-cross-selling opportunities. Together with the Head of Regional Sales, you define goals and budgets, which are then used as the basis for measuring the variable percentage of success. ABOUT YOU: You enjoy working with people and communicating actively. You are passionate about working on the basis of target achievement and receiving performance-related bonus payments in return. You have a passion for sales and a feeling for spotting sales opportunities. You have the ability and ambition to bring about a contract. You are motivated to further develop a market or an entire region in terms of sales. You have perseverance in the sales process. You are interested in industry-specific applications & software applications. You are happy to work 100% from home and are willing to travel for occasional business trips (customer visits, trade fairs, team events, etc.). YOU’LL BRING: Completed commercial training (high school diploma/degree). Experience as a sales representative. Industry experience is desirable, but not required. Native in German and fluent English are required.
