Arbeitsbeschreibung - Regional Sales Manager/Director

Position: Sales manager/director (home based)

We are looking for possible candidates who would like to work in the area of PV, LED, Precision Optics, Semiconductor or ceramic materials.

Our products includes ITO, IZGO, Metal targets.

1)Account management Photovoltaics, Electronics and Optics

  • turnover at existing accounts by regular contacts, RFQ management, monitoring market needs and trends, optimize technical support.
  • margins through your strong negotiating skills and up to date market dynamics understanding.
  • Increase revenue and margins

2) Market development

Increase sales volume by canvassing potential customers in Electronics, Optics, Photovoltaic and Decorative coating industry, presenting our established product range as well as our new developments.

Deliverable l: increase market share

3) Market monitoring, forecasting and budgeting

Continuous monitoring, mapping and reporting of the market development on your territory. Deliverables include: customer mapping per applications, rolling forecast on revenue and material consumption.

Deliverable: constant market monitoring allowing us a perfect understanding of the market dynamics at our customer’s business environment, as well as providing reliable related rolling forecast.

4 Credit management

Ensure respect of Vital’s credit management policy, assist in effective collection of receivables when necessary, and collaborate with finance department whenever required.

Deliverable: control of account receivables.

5) Customer Service and order Processing

Support our Customer Service Team (CS) in providing market and customer information. Share price and delivery details with CS for all new and existing customers.

Deliverable: smooth communication and order processing to our customers through your constant support of our customer service team.

6) Competitive landscape

Map out existing and potential competitors and establish a data base for our business, including known pricing strategy, sourcing & business model strategy, market share per application & customer.

Deliverable: constant competitor mapping allowing us a good understanding of the market dynamics in your territorry.

7) Complaint Management

Collect data’s from your customers and provide theses to our Quality and Application Technology Team. Communicate and update customers on actual findings and results.

Deliverable: secure fast and efficient complaint management and minimal impact on our daily business.
