This is a business with a strong brand name within the Automotive segment, that is passionate to leverage its decades of success and drive innovation within emerging markets. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong network in either of the following markets [Automotive, Aerospace, Aviation], who has experience participating in Traditional & "Non-Traditional" Buying Processes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B clients through various sales channels, including conferences, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and other networking opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation markets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within target organizations. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Multiple years of experience in sales roles within the Automotive, Aerospace, or Aviation industries A proven track record of success in acquiring new B2B clients. Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation sectors. A strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to clients.. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
