Abschlussarbeit/Praktikum: Optimierung von Prozessen/Komponenten bei der Montage einer Druckmaschine

Um eine Druckmaschine unserer verschiedenen Baureihen zu montieren, müssen alle Komponenten zeitgleich in der Endmontage vorhanden sein, alle vorgelagerten Prozesse sollten perfekt ineinandergreifen.

In diesem Umfeld bieten wir immer wieder Projektaufgaben an, um Montage-, Logistik- und Digitalisierungsprozesse oder Komponenten der Druckmaschine zu optimieren, Durchlaufzeiten zu senken und Kosten einzusparen. Es können dabei verschiedene Methoden des Lean Managements, der Wertstromanalyse o.ä. zum Einsatz kommen, die Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen innerhalb dieser Prozesse ist erforderlich.

Die Arbeit richtet sich insbesondere an Studenten/innen der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Maschinenbau.
