HELP US TO SHINE!

• Support the Accounting team with invoice preparation and processing


• Assist with daily account reconciliations and the preparation of Statements of Account (SOAs)


• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and LSOP standards across departments


• Maintain accurate and organized filing of all accounting documentation


• Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure complete documentation and history records


• Ensure the proper handling and documentation of credit card transactions and imprints


• Support the monitoring and adjustment of group billing accounts


• Assist the Internal Auditor with daily tasks and responsibilities


• Support the Director of Finance with various projects


• Assist the Purchasing Manager throughout the procurement process


• Perform monthly reconciliations of receivable accounts, including City Ledger, Guest Ledger, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts


• Take over responsibilities within Accounting, Finance, and Purchasing during team members' absences


• Maintain close cooperation and collaboration with department leaders across the hotel

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are looking for a mandatory internship as part of your studies


• Ideally, you already have knowledge of the hospitality industry and a strong affinity for numbers


• You possess strong analytical skills and remain calm under pressure


• You are a warm, authentic, and outgoing personality


• You have excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage


• You are flexible, reliable, and have a strong commitment to quality


• You work in an organized and structured manner with great attention to detail
