Deine Aufgaben:

• Betreuung der Einzelgäste sowie der Reise- und Veranstaltungsgruppen

• Service in den à- la-carte-Restaurants, Bars sowie im Bankettbereich

• Einkauf, Lagerhaltung sowie einfache Speisenherstellung

• Begrüßung & Empfang von Gästen und die Erstellung von Abrechnungen

• Mitwirken bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen

• Durchführung von Verkaufsmaßnahmen und Angebotserstellung

3-Jährige Ausbildung zum Beispiel in folgenden Abteilungen:

• Service

• Einkauf / Lager und Küche

• Housekeeping

• Reservierung und Rezeption

• Veranstaltungskoordination

• Sales & Marketing

• Ausbildungsprojekt „Schloss Britz"

Voraussetzungen:

• Guter MSA oder Abitur

• Aufgeschlossenes Auftreten sowie perfekte Umgangsformen

• Gastorientiertes Denken

• Teamplayer mit kommunikativen Stärken

• Belastbarkeit & Durchhaltevermögen

• Einsatzbereitschaft & Flexibilität

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Word und Excel

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
