Dein Arbeitsplatz: 

• Diese Position ist vor Ort und erfordert zu Beginn tägliche Anwesenheit am Standort Düsseldorf.  

Das lernst Du bei uns:

• Bearbeitung von büroadministrativen Aufgaben
• Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
• Vorbereitung und Buchung von Belegen in der Buchführung
• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden und Mitarbeitern
• Auswertung, Dokumentation und Erstellung von Reports
• Unterstützung bei Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung

Was Du mitbringst: 

• Gute mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
• Kontaktfreude & Organisationstalent
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis & Zeitmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und MS Office
• Neugier, Kreativität und Überzeugungskraft sowie ein überdurchschnittliches Engagement
• Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Interesse für neue Themen
