Your Responsibilities

Während der 3jährigen Ausbildung zum Koch erlernst Du die Zubereitung von kalter und warmer Küche, Buffets und mehrgängigen Menüs für verschieden Anlässe (z. B. Jubiläen oder Betriebsfeiern)

• Du bist in unserem Betriebsrestaurant eingesetzt und lernst unter dem Motto "gesunderhaltender Betrieb" besondere Zubereitungsarten kennen
• Du erhältst Einblicke in die gehobene Gastronomie sowie die "à la carte Küche" in einem Restaurant in der Umgebung
• Du erlernst die Kalkulation des Lebensmittelbedarfs, deren Einkauf und Lagerung
