Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 suchen wir für unseren Standort in Soest einen Auszubildenden zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d). Die Ausbildung startet zum 01.09.2026.

Das erwartet dich:

Einblick in spannende kaufmännische Prozesse in verschiedenen Abteilungen (Personalwesen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, etc.)
Mitarbeit an Projekten und eigenständige Übernahme kleiner Aufgaben
Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen und digitalen Tools
Planung und Organisation von Abläufen im Unternehmen

Das bringst du mit:

Mittleren Schulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur
Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
