You’ve just graduated, and you're not looking for “just a job”, you want to be close to the action, the customers, and the decisions that move a business forward. You’re curious, ambitious, and ready to step into a business environment where performance, relationships, and results matter.


 


Welcome to the Bridgestone European Graduate Program - Sales, an accelerated journey designed to turn early talent into confident business professionals.


 


Duration: 12 months (Sept. 2026– Sept. 2027)
👥 Cohort: ~10 graduates across Europe
🌍 International exposure: Face‑to‑face & virtual connects
📍 Travel included: Program events and business visits across Europe
🤝 Strong support: Dedicated managers, mentors, and program leaders.


 


By the end of the program, you will understand how business decisions are made, how markets and customers influence strategy, and how sales teams create value in a complex international environment. 



What you will do



Learning by doing:
•    Work in real Sales roles.
•    Take ownership of individual and group projects based on real business challenges.
•    Learn through job shadowing and hands‑on experience.
•    Rotations into new business segment.
•    Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.


 


Understand the business from the inside:
•    Visits to Manufacturing plants, Sales Offices, Technical Center and Headquarter.
•    Participation in customer visits and business activities.
•    Product, market & business intelligence training.
•    Exposure to strategic decision-making at European level.

Who we’re looking for



We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for potential. This program is for you if you recognize yourself in the following:



🎓 Education
You have completed a degree or have a comparable qualification, ideally in a business, technical, or analytical field, such as economics, finance or engineering. 



📈 Skills & Mindset
You don’t need to tick every box — but you bring many of these:
•    Critical thinking and problem solving ability
•    Data awareness & analytical mindset (comfortable working with numbers and insights)
•    AI fluency and curiosity about digital tools supporting sales and decision making
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Performance driven attitude with motivation to deliver results
•    Customer oriented mindset and interest in understanding client needs



🌍 Languages
•    Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher) 



✈️ Mobility & Openness
•    Your role will be based in Germany, with a primary focus on assignments across key regions including Northern, Eastern, as well as Southern and Central Germany 
•    You have a valid driver's license 
•    You demonstrate a strong willingness to travel internationally and to work in a diverse, intercultural environment
