Business Development & Strategy Intern (f/m/d)

You conduct market and competitor research and analyse trends in international health insurance industry to identify growth opportunities.

You support strategic initiatives and help define go-to-market strategies for new products and new regions for expansion.

You identify new potential partners and support with outreach efforts and take an active part in the sales cycle.

You prepare high-quality presentations, visual materials for existing clients and potential partners as well as and pitch decks for shareholders and potential investors.

You support our internal performance and data analysis efforts by using tools such as PowerBI.

You are currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy breaking down complex problems into actionable insights.

You have experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have supported basic data analysis or business case modeling.

You are confident using Google Slides and can support the creation of polished and persuasive presentations.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are comfortable drafting internal reports or external-facing content.

You are curious about the health and travel insurance sectors.

You are fluent in English; German or any additional languages are a plus.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

You have a valid residency permit for Germany.
