Wir suchen Dich – eine/n ambitionierte/n Bachelor- oder Masterstudent/in (m/w/d) der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik – zur Unterstützung unserer Engineering- Abteilung durch ein Praktikumsprojekt im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung und Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) an unserem Standort in Stade.

Die Abteilung, die Dich willkommen heißen wird, ist das Operations Technology & Engineering Center. Diese unterstützt die globalen Produktionsstandorte von Dow in den Bereichen Polyurethane, Propylenoxid sowie Chlor-Alkali und Vinyl. Wir sind ein internationales und vielfältiges Team mit Standorten in Stade sowie weiteren Standorten in Europa, Nordamerika und Asien.
Wir suchen Studierende für mehrere Projekte im Bereich der Prozessautomatisierung. Eines der verfügbaren Projekte konzentriert sich auf die Implementierung der NAMUR Open Architecture zur direkten Integration von Gerätedaten in eine Zeitreihendatenbank. In diesem Projekt entwickelst du einen Proof of Concept, der es ermöglicht, bestehende Feldgeräte direkt mit einer vorhandenen Zeitreihendatenbank zu verbinden – gemäß den Prinzipien der NAMUR Open Architecture.
Das Projekt umfasst sowohl Hardware-Aspekte wie die Konfiguration von HART-IP- oder Ethernet-APL-Lösungen als auch Softwarekonfigurationen. Dadurch hast du die Möglichkeit, den Schwerpunkt entsprechend deinem technischen Hintergrund zu setzen.
Das Ziel ist es, eine effiziente und kostengünstige Datenerfassung zu etablieren, indem traditionelle Prozessleitsystem-I/O-Strukturen umgangen werden. Dadurch werden wertvolle Einblicke in moderne Strategien der Prozessautomatisierung ermöglicht.
Du arbeitest eng mit einem interdisziplinären Team zusammen und hast die Flexibilität, dich je nach Studienrichtung stärker auf Hardware- oder Softwarethemen zu konzentrieren.
Die Projekte eignen sich sowohl für Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten als auch für Werkstudententätigkeiten.
Ein Einstieg ist zwischen Juli und Dezember 2026 für einen Zeitraum von 6–12 Monaten möglich (genaue Abstimmung individuell).
