Checkturio is building the European market leader in fleet inspection and maintenance management. Our B2B SaaS platform helps logistics and transportation companies digitize core operational processes — minimizing downtime, ensuring compliance, and enhancing fleet safety.
We are an early-stage startup based in Berlin, with a live product, paying customers, and the backing of strategic investors. As we enter an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a motivated doer to scale with us.
As a CEO Associate (Intern), you will work directly with the CEO on critical business topics, focusing on Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
You will take on shifting priorities, assume responsibility, and actively support the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role that requires both analytical skills and strategic thinking.
The role is intentionally broad — with significant development potential for the right person.
Your main tasks:
Support Marketing and Growth initiatives: creating and managing content (e.g., LinkedIn), driving brand visibility, and tracking performance
Take ownership of Revenue Operations (RevOps): optimizing CRM (HubSpot), automating sales workflows, and maintaining data quality
Build and maintain BI dashboards in Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in Financial Management: tracking expenses, supporting invoice management (Datev), and preparing financial reports
Work closely with the CEO on Investor Relations and Fundraising, including research, pitch deck preparation, and KPI reporting
Bring structure and clarity to internal processes — and make things happen
This role offers daily interaction with company leadership and a clear path to greater strategic responsibility.
Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
Initial experience in startups or dynamic environments (e.g., consulting, finance)
Strong analytical and communication skills — able to work with data and present insights clearly
Highly organized, structured, and reliable in execution
Interest or experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Experience or curiosity in using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Interest in finance, product, and building a SaaS company
Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and eager to grow
Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate) — Full-time, onsite (Berlin Mitte)
