City Manager Operation Intern

We're looking for talented people who want to advance their careers and help us scale our business across Germany!As a City Manager Operation Intern, your role involves overseeing timely delivery of both food and non-food items, managing inventory through ordering, receiving, and invoice reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and cost. Additionally, you will contribute to route optimization, dispatching, and enhancing delivery processes, while fostering relationships with couriers and assisting fellow drivers.

As our City Manager Operation Intern your tasks will be:
 

• Ensure food and non-food items are delivered on time
• Ordering and receiving, check with the invoices/receiving
• Meet KPIs of quality and costs, monitoring Kitchen have enough Vital and all the ingredients they need.
• Inventory Check
• Prepare the purchase plan/ forecast, food cost report and menu checking.
• Assisting in daily route optimization 
• Dispatching of the dishes
• Management and assistance of fellow drivers and couriers including delivering to the customers
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new couriers 
• Improving all processes related to our delivery operations

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Food Management, Logistics
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Driving license B
• German language minimum B2
• Must be able to work and problem solve independently as well as be highly functional in a team-based environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for success in this position
