Your mission

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Management Intern (40 hrs/week) or Working Student (up to 20 hrs/week during the semester) to support our vibrant game and player communities for at least 6 months. This position in Berlin, Germany, is available immediately.

You will support the team in planning and creating engaging content for our top titles across social media and streaming platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, Facebook, and Twitch.
You will adapt and localize English game updates, community posts, and event announcements into French or German, ensuring they resonate naturally with our local players.
You already enjoy tinkering with tools like CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva in your free time and are eager to level up your digital asset creation skills with us.
You will take your first steps in community building by learning how to maintain relationships with passionate players and content creators.
You will team up with our marketing crews to help plan, execute, and report on community events and local initiatives to drive engagement.
You will learn to gather, analyze, and report on community feedback to understand what our players truly want.
You will keep your finger on the pulse of gaming, anime, and social media trends to help us stay relevant and innovative.

Your profile

Passionate about manga, anime, and pop-culture fandoms, with a strong understanding of how these communities interact online.
First experiences in Community Management, the gaming industry, or comparable fields are a plus, but a strong eagerness to learn is just as important.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French or German (native level preferred).
Familiarity with various online/mobile game genres (especially role-playing, FPS/Action, and sports) and an active affinity for platforms like Discord, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional working environment.
Currently enrolled in a university program (mandatory internships are highly welcome).
Understanding of cultural trends and community etiquette for the English and French or German-speaking landscapes.
Additional language skills (especially Korean) are a big plus.
