Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Strategy & Operations Intern (f/m/x)

Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to ensure that our customer base is successful in implementing Tanso, making the right calculations and draw conclusions out of it. 


As our Customer Strategy & Operations Intern, you are the engine that keeps our customer relations running smoothly while building the tracks for future growth. You will dive deep into the Tanso product and our customers' challenges, solving their questions with precision while simultaneously building smart, automated processes that make these manual processes obsolete in the future.


 


How You Succeed


Master Customer Challenges & Scalability



  • Solve & Scale: Handle customer inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring fast and effective ticket resolution while identifying patterns for automation.

  • Process Engineering: Build and optimize scalable Customer Success processes that increase efficiency and service quality, moving from manual tasks to smart workflows.

  • Internal Excellence: Create and improve internal resources such as playbooks, handbooks, and templates to provide clear, scalable structures for the team.

  • Tech & AI Integration: Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools and CRM automations that enhance the customer experience and streamline operational workflows.


Empower our Team & Customers



  • Product Deep-Dive: Develop a profound understanding of the Tanso product to help customers master their carbon accounting and ESG data management and navigate complex methodological challenges.

  • Enablement: Assist in onboarding and workshops, creating training materials that empower customers to find solutions independently and effectively.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Consolidate data from various sources to identify friction points in the customer journey and translate them into actionable, efficient workflows.

  • Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of operational tasks and look for ways to make them better - we value your perspective on how to turn daily challenges into smoother workflows.

  • Shape our Growth: Contribute your ideas to help our Customer Success organization grow, ensuring we stay effective as we make the European industry lead global decarbonization

Your Profile



  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.

  • Fluency in English and German.
