Based in Hamburg, Germany, E-FARM is rethinking how farmers across Europe buy and sell machines. With over €150 million in transactions and support from industry giants like CLAAS (Germany) and venture capitalists like byWIT (Sweden), we’re a fast-growing startup driven by technology, international teamwork, and customer obsession.
Now, we’re looking for motivated international students to join us as active contributors in our joint sales and marketing efforts.
Your challenge
This is not an internship for spectators. You’ll be a core part of our sales & marketing team with a special focus on the Czech and Slovak markets. Your work will directly contribute to growing our brand presence and customer base in this region through:
Pre-sales & Post-sales Activities (CZ/SK focus): Communicate with Czech and Slovak customers, prepare tailored offers, follow up on regional leads, and manage the entire sales funnel for your market.
Localized Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create relevant content for Czech and Slovak audiences, support regional email campaigns, and manage social media engagement to build awareness and trust.
AI Sales Tool Management: Leverage and optimize our AI-driven tools to improve the efficiency of sales activities – adapted to the Czech and Slovak customer journey.
Customer Happiness (in CZ/SK): Serve as a trusted advisor – virtually or in person – to help Czech and Slovak customers make smart decisions about buying and selling. You’ll be the face and voice of our brand in your home region.
Your profile
Enrolled at a university (ideally Erasmus+ suitable and nearing graduation)
Available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension, ideally up to 6 months.
Willing and able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany for the internship
Native-level Czech or Slovak, plus strong English skills
Familiar with the Czech/Slovak market, digital buying behavior, and customer expectations
Proactive and entrepreneurial – you love taking ownership and figuring things out
Eager to drive results and shape outcomes, not just observe from the sidelines
