At Huawei’s Munich Research Center, the Antenna Marketing Team leads technical marketing and product line management for base station antennas, connecting global mobile network operator markets, sales, and R&D.

Digital Marketing Intern – Antenna (m/f/d)

In this position, you have the opportunity to have an impact on how we communicate our leading-edge solutions on the markets. Your mission

• Support planning and execution of digital marketing efforts across various marketing channels, both externally (such as in social media) and internally in the global Huawei organization, for Huawei Antenna.


• Analyze and recommend AI-based tools for diverse marketing tasks, and develop streamlined processes to integrate them effectively.


• Conduct competitive benchmark analysis and create improvement proposals.


• Collaborate with the marketing teams in Huawei Munich Research Center and Huawei HQ in China to support creation of digital marketing collateral, such as promotional videos, articles, newsletters, mailings and other materials for targeted audiences.


• Support distribution of digital marketing content, to enhance the Huawei Antenna image both internally in Huawei and externally in public, and secure media coverage across relevant channels.


• Support the Marketing Team in daily tasks, e.g. preparation of presentations, events planning and execution, customer receptions, etc.


• Ensure efficient coordination and communication with international stakeholders, of activities related to digital marketing.

Your areas of expertise

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, ideally combined with a BSc or higher in Engineering or a comparable discipline focused on marketing, media, or communication sciences.


• Strong knowledge or deep interest in digital media, online promotion campaigns, and analytics tools. Practical experience in social media influencing is a plus.


• Knowledge of, or eagerness to learn, the technical and industry aspects of telecommunications and/or antennas is an advantage.


• Confident use of MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or other graphic design tools.


• Talent in graphic design, photography, and video production. Experience in video content creation and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is desirable.


• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages, especially Chinese, are an advantage.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
