What you'll do:
- You will create and manage content for LinkedIn, the careers page, and other external channels to build our employer brand.
- You will coordinate and produce content for global and regional All Hands and town halls.
- You will assist in delivering culture initiatives with a focus on employee experience and endomarketing activations.
- You will design assets aligned with Emma’s brand for internal and external use.
- You will build and manage partnerships with universities and student organizations to attract young talent.
- You will propose ideas that strengthen our culture and employer brand, driving awareness and pride.
Who we're looking for:
- You are currently enrolled in, or have completed, a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You are proactive, take ownership of projects, and enjoy collaborating with others.
- You are a strong communicator.
- You are confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- You are proficient with basic content creation and design tools, including Canva and PowerPoint.
- You are fluent in English, German fluency is a plus
