Events and Communications Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Intern to support our Events & Communications team. You’ll get the chance to contribute to exciting projects around events, press, social media, and internal communications – all while gaining experience in a hyper growth tech company focused on AI and innovation.

📍 Location: Berlin or Heidelberg (Hybrid model: 50% in-office, 50% remote)
🕒 Working Hours: 40 hours per week
📄 Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension into a regular employment contract

🔎 Recruitment Process:

1. Initial Interview (30 minutes) – A conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team

2. Case Study & Team Interview (60 minutes) – Presentation of a brief case study followed by an interview with members of the Events and Communications team

What You’ll Do

• Support Events & On-Site Logistics: Help shape new event workflows, support coordination on the ground, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Inbox & Content Filtering: Monitor the shared inbox, sort messages, and help manage replies, confirmations, and requests.

• Assist with Press & Interviews: Help prepare spokespeople with briefing documents and research.

• Reporting & Analytics: Support with tracking communication activities and improving reporting processes.

• Social Media: Contribute to content planning, copywriting, and community management for LinkedIn and X.

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled student in Event, Communications, Marketing, Media, or similar

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Structured, reliable, and proactive mindset

• First experience or interest in event coordination and social media

• Motivated to learn new tools

• Fluent in German and English

• Genuine curiosity for AI and tech innovation
