This training program is designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment. \n\nSuccessful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the Interventional Cardiology, Coronary Therapies franchise, from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation. \n\n \n\nThis role will be based out of Berlin and will require travel throughout the city and region.\n\n \n\nSuccessful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Interventional Cardiology or other technical divisions. The position will be starting in October 2026.\n\n \n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n \n\u2022 Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills. \n\u2022 Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area. \n\u2022 Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting \n\u2022 Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions \n\u2022 Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians \n\u2022 Educate clinicians on a product franchise \n\u2022 Commercially promote a product franchise \n\u2022 Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. \n\u2022 Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC\u0027s rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers.
