Finance and Valuation Intern Q4/2025 (m/f/d)

Together with the Finance & Valuation team you will actively work on the following topics:

• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of valuations of potential/new portfolio companies from a risk management perspective
• Quarterly valuation of portfolio companies based on transaction and trading multiples
• Preparation of quarterly investor reporting, including calculation of performance metrics and management of service providers
• Participation in current projects for the development of the department, cooperation with service providers or risk management, which provide a structured insight into the overall context of the Finance department
• You will participate in meetings with colleagues and be responsible for your own workstreams

• Completed Bachelor's degree with very good grades in the fields of business administration, economics or business studies
• Relevant previous experience (at least one completed internship) in the areas of corporate finance, auditing, investment banking, private equity or management consulting
• Good knowledge in the areas of accounting/controlling as well as proven interest or ideally initial experience in the area of risk management
• Analytical thinking as well as independent, reliable and responsible working style paired with high social competence and communication skills
• Enjoy working in small teams with a willingness to learn and understand new issues
• Very good English skills and advanced MS Office skills
• Availability of at least 12 weeks full time
