Your mission

Organize and send invoices
Maintain daily bank receipt records
Sort and archive relevant documents (e.g., contracts, invoices)
Assist in handling overdue accounts receivable collection
Prepare and reconcile customer account statements

Your profile

Excellent English skills
Chinese language skills are a plus
Background in business, finance, or taxation
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
Proactive personality, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
