Founder's Assistant Working Student or Intern (m/f/d)

As a FOUNDER’S ASSISTANT you will… 

• support in all strategic, operational and internal process topics & support the growth of a fast growing boutique agency  
• assist the Founders, but also HR, Engagement Managers & Senior Consultants in reviewing internal structures & processes
• prepare reports, support client relationship management
• further develop creative talent acquisition standards, procedures & processes

THEREFORE… 

• you have a degree or a non-technical education in a suitable field (e.g. business psychology, strategy, business administration, etc.)  
• you have 0-1 years of work experience in a dynamic environment   
• you will convince us with your empathic and trusting attitude,  trustworthy and binding appearance, as well as your positive charisma and high communication skills
• you have a good command of Office products, especially Excel, and you have ideally gained first experience with an HR system (e.g. Personio)  
• you can communicate well in German and English  
• you are interested in new trends in the tech world and in megatrends such as digitalization, new work or agility
