The Role
As our Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d), you will work side-by-side with both co-founders to evaluate, refine, and execute the growth strategies that will scale our business. You'll be part strategist, part operator, and part problem-solver, with a direct impact on our GTM strategy and our company's future.

Requirements

An outstanding academic record in business, economics, or a STEM field. Students from other fields are more than welcome to apply.
Initial experience (internships or 1-2 years) in a fast-paced environment like management consulting, venture capital, or another high-growth startup.
A highly analytical and structured thinker with strong business acumen. You can break down complex problems into actionable steps.
An entrepreneurial "get-it-done" mindset. You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive on taking ownership with limited oversight.
Exceptional communication skills, fluency in German and English
Willing to regularly work on-site either in Hannover or Hamburg

Your tasks

Drive Growth Strategy: Conduct market analysis, identify new customer segments, and help develop our go-to-market playbook to accelerate growth.
Create AI-Automations: Build AI workflows that enable us to scale efficiently and improve our internal operations.
Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of high-priority special projects directly for the founders, covering areas like product strategy, partnerships, or fundraising preparation.
Own Business Insights: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), create insightful reports, and provide the data-driven foundation for our strategic decisions.
