Founder’s Associate Intern (m/w/d)

The role

This is not a typical internship. You're part of the core team from day one.

As Founder's Associate Intern, you work directly with the founding team on the operational and strategic development of Patterno. You own projects across sales, product, and strategy and turn ideas into action immediately.

What you'll do

• Identify and approach potential customers, support demos and onboardings
• Plan, run, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns
• Conduct research and validate hypotheses through customer interviews
• Build presentations and materials
• Support on documentation, research, and recruiting as needed

• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Structured work style with fast, independent execution
• High quality standards and attention to detail
• Relevant experience from consulting, startups, or VC
• Authentic, resilient, with high urgency
• Analytically sharp, you question assumptions and work with data, not gut feeling alone
• Passion for startups, growth, and entrepreneurship
