Founder's Associate Praktikant*in (m/w/d)

At ellamind, we are developing a groundbreaking platform that enables companies to improve AI applications faster and use them more efficiently to automate their processes. Join us for 3-6 month internship as a Founder's Associate at ellamind, where you'll be directly assisting our founders in the dynamic early stages of our startup.
Your role is pivotal in shaping the foundation of our business, requiring a blend of strategic insight and practical execution across various domains. You will:

• Assist in establishing scalable and compliant business processes across critical areas, ensuring operational excellence from the ground up.
• Conduct research on potential clients and contribute to strategic decision-making processes, influencing the direction of our startup.
• Get involved in our ongoing projects and work directly with our pilot customers.
• Enhance our branding and content strategies, including website improvement and presentation development, to effectively communicate our vision and value proposition.
• Tackle regulatory and ethical challenges in the AI domain, such as ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and preparing for potential certifications.
• Engage in proactive communication with all stakeholders, from team members to investors, fostering strong relationships and a cohesive brand message.

• You are an outstanding Bachelor/Master student or in your gap year and have a high entrepreneurial spirit (e.g. a strong desire to either embark on your own startup journey or evolve into a pivotal COO role within a high-growth environment).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level), as most of our customers (and AI models) speak German and our internal communication is mainly in English.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) and openness to working with new tools.
• Prior working experience, possibly through internships in investment banking, consulting, or within a startup setting, demonstrating your understanding of business dynamics.
• A passion for AI and technology, optimally with some coding or data experience, showcasing your ability to engage with our core product offerings.
• Independent and self-motivated; you should instinctively identify areas for improvement and initiate projects that contribute to ellamind's growth.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
