What we do

At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today’s evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.
We are looking for an ambitious student who wants to become an expert in SaaS sales and is passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your role

Shape our growth strategy: Test and optimize growth experiments, find scalable ways to generate new leads, and fill the sales funnel by identifying promising companies. Use cutting-edge tools to automate our outreach and growth processes.
Scale our business: Be part of the full growth journey - from identifying leads to engaging with potential customers and closing deals. As you grow into the role, you’ll take increasing ownership of your own opportunities, guiding them through the entire sales funnel.
Strategic company building: Support diverse strategic initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that shape the direction of our company - from creating materials for investors and customers, to supporting product feedback loops.
Represent our company: Be the face of our company at webinars, events, and customer calls. Understand customer needs and feed your insights directly into our growth strategy.

Your profile

You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, whether in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another field that sharpened your analytical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset. We welcome diverse backgrounds. What matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and ability to take ownership.

Eager to learn: You want to learn as much about how to grow a startup as possible in 3-6 months.
Curious & innovative: You love exploring new approaches, challenging the status quo, and solving real problems.
Excited about Cybersecurity & AI: You’re curious about how AI is transforming the cybersecurity space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and ready to dive into building scalable processes through automation.
Confident communicator: You enjoy interacting with potential customers and feel comfortable presenting your ideas.
Self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
Motivated & goal-oriented: You enjoy setting ambitious goals and finding new ways to reach them.
Fluent in English & German: You can communicate confidently with our team, our clients and other stakeholders.
