We’re building an AI platform for customer facing teams that transcribes and analyses all customer touchpoints—both online and in person. Today, thousands of people at over 1,000 companies around the world use Bliro every day to collect, analyse and automate based on data from customer conversations.

We are backed by top-tier investors and are looking for an ambitious Growth Executive Intern to join our team and help scale our business to new heights.

🧑‍💻 Your Responsibilities:

1. You Are a GTM Engineer – You Build Growth Channels

  • You will research, identify, and qualify potential customers using various outreach methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • You will experiment with different sales strategies and iterate on best practices to maximize efficiency.

  • You will own and improve our Growth Toolstack (Cognism, Clay, HubSpot, LaGrowthMachine)

  • You will collaborate with account executives, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

2. You Are Our Evangelist

  • You will generate new leads and build a strong revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting.

  • You will master the art of networking, learning how to engage potential clients and establish meaningful relationships.

  • You will act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring they understand the value of our solution and how it can help their business succeed.

3. You Grow Yourself and Your Peers

🔨Your Ideal Profile:

1. Personality & Soft Skills

  • Extroverted and people-oriented with strong communication skills.

  • Passionate, curious, and competitive with a hunger to learn.

  • Coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve.

2. Track Record & Experience

  • You have a background in competitive activities (sports, arts, competitions) and a strong drive to succeed.

  • Previous internship or other experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or customer-facing roles is a big Plus.

  • Sales experience (even in a non-tech industry) is a plus but not required.

  • Sales Tech experience (Cognism, Clay, Sequencing Tools) is a plus but not required.

  • You are eager to learn and master outbound sales techniques.

3. Education and Hard Skills

  • No specific degree required—what matters most is your drive and ability to execute.

  • German (C2) and English (C1) language proficiency
