Background
Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organization registered in Berlin. DRI promotes the political participation of citizens, accountability of state bodies, and the development of democratic institutions worldwide.
The Berlin Headquarters supports DRI’s global programmes through coordination, administration, finance, communications, and event management. During high-level meetings and programme activities, additional in-person support is to ensure smooth implementation.
With the supervision of Human Resources and Administration team, the Intern will support the Berlin HQ team with administrative and logistical tasks, particularly during a high-intensity event period in June 2026. The internship provides practical experience in office management and event coordination within an international NGO environment.
Start Date: Early May 2026
Duration: 3 months / Full-time
Mandatory availability: We expect intern to be present in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Intern must be physically present in Berlin, especially during 8–19 June 2026.
