Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern Billing Process Management (f/m/d)

Make an Impact by:

Support the Order-2-CashTeam by owning and reliably executing tasks in our day-to-day E2E billing process management.
Take full responsibility for recurring operational workflows, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks so the team can focus on strategic priorities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes to ensure transparency, consistency, and smooth knowledge transfer.
Support project management activities by helping with scoping, refinement sessions, documentation and follow-ups ,keeping track of action items, deadlines, and stakeholder alignments.
Coordinate internal communication across teams to streamline information flow and address billing-related queries efficiently.
Bring a critical eye to the tasks you perform, flag inefficiencies, gather data, and provide analytical input that helps the team prioritize what to automate or redesign.
Participate in the evaluation of key business processes by collecting feedback, tracking metrics, and supporting improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics or are enrolled in a comparable field
Available as a full-time intern at our Berlin office at the earliest possible start date
Excellent organizational skills and a structured working style,you can manage multiple operational tasks without losing oversight
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is mandatory
Tool affinity – Jira, Confluence, SAP, and basic SQL knowledge, and comfort working with data queries and familiarity with AI tools and the ability to write effective prompts to support daily tasks is a plus
Basic understanding of billing, dunning, and collection processes is advantageous
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with repetitive tasks, and bring a self-driven attitude paired with a genuine willingness to support the team wherever needed
Analytical and curious mindset, you don't just execute, you observe patterns, collect insights, and contribute ideas for how we can improve together

Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
