Your responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of POS / shopper activations including the development of new POS materials and trade marketing tools
- Collection and analysis of shopper activation results and derive best practice across markets
- Support international market launches and local 360° marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign and activation performance and derive actionable insights
- Assist with briefing processes, content adaptations, reporting, and digital marketing coordination
- Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder coordination across agencies, partners, and internal teams
- Contribute to broader brand management projects, including market research, media planning, and packaging development
- Take ownership of selected projects and support the team in day-to-day marketing operations
