About Us

We are a young and ambitious e-commerce company based in Berlin that is completely funded by its own operative cash-flow. Over 500,000 mattresses have been sold since the foundation of Mister Sandman in July 2015 and, by being already present in 10 countries, we are planning to expand further to other international markets.

We need your support to achieve our goals, such as developing new products, improving our webshop and creating a strong brand.

Your tasks

● You support us in account management for the Dutch market: creating and optimizing products, marketing strategies, visibility analysis etc.

● Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Dutch e-commerce market.

● Help define and implement marketplace-specific strategies for product visibility, pricing, and branding

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential marketplaces and partners.

● Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior across platforms

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and cohesive brand messaging.

● Provide regular reports and analysis on market performance, sales activities, and business development efforts.

Who you are

● You are an enrolled student, studying business, business engineering or a similar major and want to do a mandatory internship.

● You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

● You are very excited to step in the European e-commerce market, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

● You have excellent analytical skills

● You have a very good knowledge of Google Workspace MS Office, in particular of MS Excel

● You are motivated, responsible, self-reliant and a good team player.
