At trawa, we're on a mission to decarbonize the industrial world — and data is at the heart of everything we do. As a Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Intern, you'll be building the pipelines, dashboards, and tools that help us optimize energy flows, and unlock insights across our business.
You won’t just “help out” — you’ll be hands-on from day one, shaping how we work with data across the entire company.
You will Drive:Build and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines
Develop dashboards to monitor and improve data quality
Create metrics and views to track key business and operational metrics
Support internal teams with ad-hoc data requests and automation efforts
Who we are looking for
Role Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
Hands-on experience with data pipelines through projects, coursework, or internships
Strong understanding of SQL and Python fundamentals
Interest in the intersection of data, technology, and business
Ability to write clean, testable code with good coverage and documentation
Tech Stack:Proficient in Python, SQL, Git
Nice to have: Experience with dbt or other data transformation frameworks, comfort using command line
