We work on enhancing dealer performance, improving customer experience, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our dealers are equipped with the latest technologies, best practices, and support to meet the evolving demands of the market.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get:\n\n * Insight into the activities of a global organization and an international working environment\n * attractive compensation package\n * flexible and modern work as well as development and further training opportunities\n * 35 hours/ week\n * creative freedom in the implementation of projects and good supervision\n * discounted lunch in the cafeteria\n\n\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\n * During your internship you will work on Remarketing Services supporting activities concerning Marketing, Digital Transformation and Reporting. \n * From the first day you will have the opportunity to interact with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.\n * User Support and Communication, you will support dealers and stakeholders with effective communication and system configurations, develop user stories, and optimize the digital ecosystem by mapping interfaces and improving business processes.\n * You will assist in Content Development and Management by designing and updating content in our sales \u0026 marketing tools to ensure business relevance for dealers and accuracy for stakeholders.\n * You will assist with the quality and timely completion of monthly market overview reporting, \n\n\n\nWhat Skills You Need:\n\n * Pursuing a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in, Ag Engineering, Ag Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Ag Engineering, Ag Economics\n * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, high level of PowerPoint and Excel. PowerBI or other data visualization knowledge will make you stand out.\n * Structured, self-organized team player with a high level of independence, creativity, and interest in familiarizing yourself with new methods and tools.\n * English and German are core language required, French and another European language would be an advantage.\n\n\n\nNot everyone can claim that their work contributes to the fundamental needs of the world\u0027s growing population.
