Founded by serial entrepreneurs and supported by some of the most renowned business angels in Europe (e.g. founders of Auto1, Smava, and Numa), we are growing rapidly and are looking for you to help us build the next Proptech Unicorn!

In your role as an Intern - Growth Strategy & Operations (m/f/x), you will work directly with Senior Management on all aspects of Marketing and Growth.

Your mission

You develop growth hypotheses and execute projects yourself using creative tools, AI agents and visual content.
You use AI not as a toy, but as a productivity multiplier: you know what's possible today and you're already trying what's next tomorrow.
You have a keen sense of business impact, design and content.
You are data-driven, not gut-driven.

You work deeply embedded as part of our 12+ person marketing & product growth team and collaborate across all functions – from performance to CRM to content.

Your profile

You want ownership of problems, not simple lists of tasks. You think along and always understand the "why" before you dive in.
You have a proven track record of building and finishing projects, not just conceptualising them. You are incredibly hands-on: you’re not afraid to really build the landing page yourself, talk to an agency yourself or draft a real design.
You think strategically, but you don't get lost in strategy. In the end, what matters is what goes live.
You have experience in a fast-growing environment – startup, scale-up, management consulting, or similar.
You are fully business fluent in English. German, Danish, Dutch or Norwegian are beneficial.
