We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern with a focus on recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills and insight into HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What you will do:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach (email or phone)
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
Support in employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media campaigns
Conduct market research on recruitment trends and candidate sourcing strategies
Assist with candidate experience initiatives and post-interview follow-ups
Perform other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department
What you will bring:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
