Intern (m/f/d) Project Management

Would you like to contribute to strategic projects and help shape the future processes of our company? Then join our Global Information and Digital Technology (GIDiT) department, which focuses on projects related to the standardization and harmonization of processes as well as the implementation of standardized technologies. In this role, you will gain first-hand experience in designing standard software solutions, understanding business processes, and developing an interdisciplinary, independent, and self-driven way of working. 

Your challenge in detail 

• You will support global IT project managers in planning, tracking and reporting project milestones

• You will assist in coordinating change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness tracking, and communication between IT, HR, and business departments

• You will support the development and distribution of internal communication materials, training documents, and user guides to promote the adoption of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot 

• You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes for project team members  

• You will develop and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other Office 365 tools to increase operational efficiency  

Your competence is in demand 

• Current studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) 

• Independent and analytical working style with strong attention to detail 

• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications 

• Familiarity with change management frameworks 

• Previous internships or working student experience, as well as an understanding of HR business processes, are advantageous
